Returns & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions

  • The returns period for all of our products is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your returned item has been received by us, we will notify you. Following its inspection, we will then proceed to inform you of the outcome of your petition (whether your refund has been rejected or approved).
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and automatically returned to your card (or any other original method of payment) over the next few days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If a refund has not been received within 5 working days, and you have made sure to check your bank account to confirm this is the case, we suggest you contact your credit card company before getting in touch (sometimes the delay may lie with them).
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@vagaband.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vagaband.com and send your item to the following address:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your item’s return. Shipping costs cannot be claimed back.
  • Furthermore, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • The time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and do not accept responsibility for items lost in the process of shipping.

If, after filling your Vagaband out according to the instructions, you are for any reason not satisfied with your product, please get in contact with us and tell us what the problem is. We guarantee we will work with as closely as possible to guarantee your satisfaction as a customer of Vagaband LTD.
